The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access to MTR stations and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. it is in close proximity to a local park, providing a nice escape from the busy city. the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with complimentary drinks and snacks, and the staff are friendly and attentive.
The breakfast options were quite limited and the quality of the food could be improved.

This place is really modern and spotlessly clean, plus it has a kitchen where you can cook your own meals, and they offer free Wi-Fi, which is great.

Great for Families and Good Value for Money the hotel was perfect for our family of five. We stayed in an apartment that had comfortable beds and a lovely view. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. the hotel was situated in an excellent location near the metro station and local markets. the apartment had a small kitchen, making it convenient for families traveling with kids. the best aspect was the happy hour, which was a real treat.
None We really enjoyed our experience at this hotel.

The best part about Ovolo is the place is designed exactly like a small apartment -- with 2 bedrooms and high tech devices including satellite tv, apple ipod charging dock, etc. I would have loved to stay there if I am an expat working in the city, because it's small but cozy with most appliances available.
Problem with the place is rates aren't exactly cheap -- it costs close to usd200+ a night. Further, deposit to place for a night is crazy --- hkd 2000 which easily eats away a huge part of my cash. Reason? Because there are many expensive appliances in the apartment according to the staff. Second problem is the place is actually not that near to Tsim Sa Tsui - hkd 55 to go to Kowloon Airport Express station, 10 mins to walk to nearest Shen Shui Po mtr (forget about Nam Cheong station - no one walks there at night!).

Wide rooms, self-laundry option, convenient location, informative staff, great value for money, local food stalls nearby.
Can't think of anything.

1. The bed and pillows 2. The space - well-catered for a family weekend get-together.
1. Breakfast spread (extremely limited choice) 2. No shuttle to MTR stations

Staff are very helpful especially Mr. Steven who have been very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The room is small but very clean, good facilities and have a variety of in-room amenities such as ipod dock, dvd player, full kitchen utensils and more. The hotel is beautifully designed. Breakfast are very basic but there's a lot of small local restaurants near the hotel. It is worth the money to stay here especially if you want to spend your money not for your room bill but for shopping.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the MTR station and public transportation. The hotel was situated in a great area, surrounded by halal restaurants and plenty of dining options near a large mall. We also loved that the hotel offered snacks and drinks 24 hours a day, free of charge. The staff was excellent, always accommodating and helpful. The happy hour was a great bonus, with unlimited beers, spirits, and wine, including Johnny Walker red. The hotel also had a 24-hour fitness center with clean and well-maintained equipment, ensuring a comfortable stay. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house, with a mix of home stay and hotel experience. This hotel truly offered 5-star service and high guest privacy, while still making us feel at home.
Nothing to dislike.

We stayed 3 nights in October 2011 and it was -in general- a good experience and a good place to crash after long -fun- days at hk Disney and Ocean Park. The room had three tiny but comfortable bedrooms. Same as for toiled (really tight) and bathroom, but ok. The big -common- area had a large tv that worked at 50% with only one input to change between appliances (dvd, cabletv receptor, music-media player, etc) and somehow, were never able to connect the Ipad as supposed... Still, the big sofa was quite comfortable and even when we used little, it was a nice area to share as a family. The small room had 4 big and fully functional air conditioners (1 in each bedroom + 1 in the common area), that was great. Wi-Fi was pretty good. Staff was quite friendly and helpful.
It was a nice stay, however I found quite upsetting that some things stated and offered in the website were completely non-existent!... For example: a kitchenette??? Is that how you call a microwave and a water heater?... No way you can cook anything but warming... A few spoons and 3 glasses, no plates! Laundry: nothing to do laundry on the building and when we asked for paying for it, got warned that it was 33 hk$ for 7 pounds... We said ok and then... The guy in reception warned us -once more- that if the laundry company had much hotel laundry to get done (it was holiday and the city was quite busy), our stuff could get aside and it could be -even- a problem to get it back before leaving, 2 days later... What's that?... He even said with a shy smile: "is like we have no laundry service sometimes"!!! -- The info says: "Guests can have breakfast at the hotel’s lounge. A variety of local and international dishes are served"... Where at??? ... all we saw in 3 mornings were bread, fruit, cereal, coffee and juice...The room itself was quite fine. Some very small areas like bedrooms, bathroom and -specially- the toilet. No nice restaurants near by -or at least that the reception knows of- and the walk to and from the Nam Cheong station didn't feel so safe -specially when coming back from hk Disney at night, after fireworks- . The hotel is surrounded by old and poor tiny housing buildings... Not a nice area at all. Taxis struggled to find it, probably due to the same location and neighbor fact. I'm recommending the hotel to stay, because -in general- it was a positive experience and worth the price, however, we will try to find something pretty similar, but in a better location, next time.

Liked the modern funky look of the rooms. Kids loved access to Apple TV, DVD's and Cable. Complimentary breakfast and complimentary self serve drinks throughout the day. Being in a residential area gave you access to cheaper shopping through local markets and only 10 minutes walk to MTR.
Wind noise throughout building. No door in bathroom area was a problem when sharing with older children.
